Things are a little rough for Lucy and her family as the debt becomes more of an issue and the pharmacy they have had forever is not bringing in much income.Lucy seems to be a natural at problem solving. Each chapter starts off with a beauty tip for the readers. The pharmacy issue takes a big part of "My life in Pink & Green" but the story has its happy parts as well. This book is a funny and sweet with a narrator who knows what she wants in life , whether it’s great makeup. The plot of the story is very interesting it will leave you wanting more to find out how the story ends. The ending of the story is quite shocking and caught me off guard. I would recommend this book to pre-teens and teenagers. Girls from 12-16 because every girl has a girly side they can get in touch with.
